No Artist in the whole of Upper West recorded More songs than I did from 2015 to 2017" - Eddy Lee



Eddy Lee on Sunday February 11, 2018 on "Upper West Hour" with Mr. Obidi host of the show, said could boast of recording songs more than any artist in the region from 2015 to 2017. 

He challenged stating that "from 2015 to 2017 there is no artist in the whole of upper west who recorded songs more than me". The 'Kpagurie bie' hit maker challenged anyone who disagree with him should come out.  He said in 2015 alone, recorded 26 songs, in 2016 recorded 28 songs, 2017 recorded 36 songs and this year 2018,  January alone recorded 18 songs set to be released, this February recorded 2 songs together making 20 songs. According to him, they have already released 1 song entitled "monkey they work" his first single of the year that is gradually taking over the airwaves and 19 songs still pending. "So like If it is the work, I can tell you that from 2017 all the songs I released were good songs that carried good message, you know as a musician, you are more or less a preacher, you need to come out with songs that have good message to turn someone's life on", he stated.
The versatile singer, officially launched his new single song dubbed "monkey they work". Eddy lee declined that the song is a beef song but rather a song addressing the state of the industry in the region. 

He announced the new dimension ZMG Africa has taken, that they have now opened a new shop where they offer both barbering and multimedia services. 
Eddy Lee admonished colleague artist in the region to be mindful of what should come out after performing a show and stop playing free shows. "Lets stop performing free shows because event organizers in the region takes us for a ride" he cautioned.

"If its about been popular artists in the region are popular because any where you pass people call your name,what we need now is money not popularity", he added.
